Carbon allotropes are a larger solution than carbon taxes and carbon credits because they are physical meta-materials that can be made from fossil fuel pollution. Chemical vapor deposition can solve a lot for the economy and ecosystem. Currently the development of graphene and CNTs is operating parallel to carbon capture; applied material science running parallel to air quality activism. So instead of limiting peoples carbon footprint with carbon taxes, a better solution would integrate machines/ partnerships involving the conversion of CO2 into oxygen and carbon allotropes like graphene.
The stigma around the carbon footprint comes from top-down organizations mislabeling CO2 as pollution rather than a "resource" to be recycled.
Beyond just cleaning the air with carbon capture, the electrical and mechanical properties of allotropes can supercharge the lifespan, durability, and performance of building materials in medical and transportation and also in citizen use cases; For example doping graphene fabric with piezoelectric materials means peoples clothing can generate free energy. These are just a few applications of what carbon is truly good for in the future.
The war on carbon is like the war on consciousness because the "control system" wouldn't profit or retain power over citizens when these new-age solutions and lifestyles are truly empowering peoples freedom and not the corrupt governments.
